Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuantVerify platform and services provided by QuantACK Networks Pvt. Ltd. (“QuantVerify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

QuantVerify provides an anti-counterfeit verification platform that includes QR code generation and authentication, real-time scan monitoring and clone detection, analytics and reporting dashboards, and API access for enterprise integrations. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your service agreement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete registration information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
• •Not share your account with third parties without our consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the QuantVerify platform to:

• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from our platform
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
• •Use the services to authenticate counterfeit or illegal products
• •Exceed your subscription plan limits without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the QuantVerify platform, including but not limited to our proprietary Signature Engine, Sentinel Detection System, and all related technology, remain the exclusive property of QuantACK Networks Pvt. Ltd. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform in accordance with your service agreement.

6. Subscription and Payment

Services are provided on a subscription basis as specified in your service agreement. Fees are billed annually in advance unless otherwise agreed. Per-unit usage above your plan limits is billed monthly in arrears. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice before your next renewal period.

7. Service Level

We target 99.99% uptime for our verification services. Service level commitments and remedies are detailed in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance and are excluded from uptime calculations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantACK Networks Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
